Refund Policy:
Requests for cancellations, substitutions or other changes may be made by sending an email to conference@ocwconsortium.org.
Refunds for cancellations received in writing on or before April 17th, 2013 will be granted less a 10% processing fee. No refunds will be granted after that date. No refunds will be given for portions of the registration not being used.
